Develop An Action Plan For Your Mountain Bike Destination

Allegra has been developing successful mountain bike destinations for almost 20 years. During this time, we have always openly shared our knowledge, our methods and our reflections on mountain bike destinations with our clients, our partners, enthusiasts around the world and even with our competition. This course takes this philosophy a step further, by sharing a concrete step-by-step guide and concrete tools.

What you get? A lot of value.

Upon completion of this course, you will have prepared your individual 5-year plan for your mountain bike destination.

Who is this course for? You.

This course is designed for managers, developers and all people who want to prepare a clear plan to develop a mountain bike destination in rural and urban areas. It enables local project leads to use the proven Allegra approach to elaborate a practical development plan for the next 5 years.

How? Remote.

The course consists of 11 lessons and a final, personal feedback video call. Every lesson consists of a video-presentation and an assignment for students. Upon completion of a lesson’s assignment, students will be granted access to the next lesson.

Timing? Anytime.

The timing for the completion of the course is 12 weeks. Assignments can be completed within one week. However, each assignment demands multiple hours of work, so we recommend an adequate time planning prior to starting the course.

Your Teacher: Darco Cazin

Since 2003, Darco has led the development and implementation of business models and masterplans in many destinations and in five different languages. He has coined many methods that have become best practices and standards in the development of destinations.

Darco has been an active member of public task forces in different countries. His long track record, as one of the internationally most experienced MTB developers, has led Darco to being named to one of the ten most influential people in the sport of mountain biking in Switzerland. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and did his post degree studies in Design Thinking.
