We develop individually tailored business models to create the foundation for successful mountain-bike offerings or destinations.

Whether for Alpine tourism, urban development or an already existing mountain bike destination, our experience has shown that such a business model is crucial for the successful development of a destination.

As a result, we rely on proven methods such as research, expert assessments and open workshops with 4 to 80 participants.



A business model (according to the Business Model Canvas) helps to answer key questions in the most important areas and all relevant customer segments are defined.

For this purpose, we work with personas, lifestyles, market data and the needs of local stakeholders.

Next, corresponding value propositions (offers) are developed and we define the channels through which the customer segments are best reached. Key revenue drivers and cost drivers can then be determined before deriving a detailed action plan for the next 3-5 years.

Furthermore, we calculate market potentials from the business model and even carry out in-depth investment calculations. Such forecasting allows us to model the future Return On Investment.
