WORK 12 - SPARKING MOUNTAIN BIKING IN NORWAY

By: Darco Cazin October 22, 2016

The project Trakk n‘Roll aims to create growth in the Norwegian region of Hallingdal, through the development of the mountain bike offer. The network of trails and mountain roads is extensive, the scenery is outstanding and a lot of the infrastructure is already in place.

But Trakk n‘Roll is about more than markets and infrastructure. It‘s a project by mountain bikers, for mountain bikers. Therefore it‘s the local cyclists who are actively involved and contributing to the project, by using the MTB AGENT app and creating a broad overview with insights about the current state of Hallingdal and its destinations.

Mountainbiken verstärkt in Medien präsent - strategische Planung wichtig

By: Chris Posch May 17, 2016

WORK 02 - LAYING THE FOUNDATION FOR GRAUBÜNDEN

By: Darco Cazin March 26, 2016

graubündenBIKE has been the most comprehensive development project we have ever worked on, from the concept phase all the way to the execution of single action items. And we‘re proud of the results it has produced.

Graubünden raised 2.4 Million Swiss Francs to invest in the development of the mountain biking offer during five years. Regional and local partners doubled this amount, by investing cash and personal resources. In addition, all destinations made siginificant investments outside of the graubündenBIKE project. This huge effort from all partners was the foundation for the dynamic development of mountain biking tourism in all destinations.
